UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Build an enterprise-class product from the hospitality industry

• Responsible for creating a new version of the system from scratch and delivering the end stage of pixel-perfect design

• Create a new Design System

• Collaborate with other designers to improve current products and develop as a designer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum level of Regular (+3 years of experience as UX/UI Designer, proven portfolio)

• Portfolio containing a variety of works in the field of digital products, especially in enterprise web platform, as well as mobile perspective

• No specific education or diploma required; understanding design is most important

• Fluent communication in written and spoken English (level not lower than B2 / FCE)

• Figma as main tool, or ability to learn it fast

• Ability to create guidelines for digital products

• Able to turn requirements into working functionality while considering technological limitations

• Research experience - A/B tests, interviews, user testing is a plus
