• Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills and a passion for data and systems thinking.
• Someone who thrives working in highly complex spaces and bringing simple and intuitive solutions to life to improve user comprehension.
• Experience in balancing speed and quality with a focus on driving metrics impact through experiments.
• Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they’re solving.
• Excellent product thinking, UX design skills, and business intuition.
• High level of self-awareness with a growth mindset that is focused on impact.
• Must have experience designing for B2B tools, having sales productivity or enterprise/ads domain knowledge is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability contribute and grow cross-functional teams and partners as part of your process.
• Bachelors degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience.
