Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• SOCi is on the lookout for a Sr. Product Designer with a profound understanding of connecting large platforms.

• Responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, and user feedback.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to design solutions that are visually appealing and functional.

• Lead the design of intuitive user experiences through user research and design tools.

• Advocate for user experience importance and ensure high usability and accessibility standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills.

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and usability testing independently.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience in social media management and reputation management platforms is a plus.

• Ability to manage and lead 0-1 initiative

• A baseline understanding of technical issues and how they affect the design

• An appetite for learning and growth for yourself and your colleagues

• A passion for the little big details

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
