Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• ActiveCampaign is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Design team. You’ll be embedded within our Platform team, shaping the foundation that powers how users experience our product at scale.

• This role is ideal for a designer who brings craft excellence, strategic thinking, and a strong product mindset—someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys driving clarity across complex systems.

• As a senior member of the team, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, influence platform-wide UX patterns, and elevate the overall quality of our product experience. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, data, and research to design thoughtful, scalable solutions that meet both customer and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products—preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.

• A natural curiosity for emerging tools and design trends—including interest in how AI can influence product design and user workflows.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking across complex, multi-surface systems at scale.

• Expertise in information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and visual design principles.

• Proven ability to simplify complexity—bringing clarity to technical concepts and turning ambiguity into actionable direction.

• Confident communicator who can align stakeholders around a compelling vision and design rationale.

• Comfortable working iteratively and navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.

• Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
