📋 Description
• MZLA Technologies Corporation is looking for an experienced Product Designer.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to re-imagine email experiences.
• Craft user flows, wireframes, and interfaces that align with brand identity.
• Conduct user research and usability studies to inform design decisions.
• Develop designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ensuring functionality across platforms.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field.
• Advanced coursework, certifications, or professional training in UI/UX design, interaction design, or related areas.
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related role, demonstrating increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record of creating effective wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for diverse projects.
• A portfolio showcasing intermediate-level design work, including examples of problem-solving and design impact.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying findings to improve designs.
• Previous work on multi-platform projects (web, mobile, desktop) and contributing to scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), documentation skills, and the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed team.
• Deep respect for the different skills and perspectives that people of varied technical and non-technical backgrounds bring to a team.
• Proven ability to independently complete projects on time and with high quality.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for front-end development.
