• support the systemisation of our visual refresh vision

• influence the implementation and systemisation of the Visual Refresh vision

• collaborate closely with designers and developers

• lead craft delivery end to end

• partner with other Lead and Principal designers

• utilize your expertise in visual, interaction design and motion design

• mentor and inspire team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in design systems and product design

• expertise in complex systems

• ability to collaborate effectively with principal and lead engineers

• a strength in creating clarity

• excellent visual and verbal communication abilities

• proven experience partnering with other lead and senior designers.
