• As the Lead Product Designer, you will lay the foundation for user patterns that can be used across the application and design new product features end-to-end.

• You’ll be working closely with engineering and product to craft designs that balance user needs with the iterative development process.

• You’ll run interviews with customers and be responsible for translating user feedback into elegant solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• You take the time to fully understand the customer and problem space, and are able to translate the learnings into solid action plans.

• You are comfortable with ambiguity and have designed zero-to-one products.

• You are opinionated yet diplomatic when working with stakeholders junior and senior alike.

• You communicate clearly and concisely.

• You have 5+ years of experience in product design.
