Junior ServiceNow UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• We are seeking a motivated Junior ServiceNow UI/UX Designer to join our team.

• Support approved research strategies to understand the needs of the DLA Enterprise through various data collection techniques, including focus groups.

• This role will involve representing the needs of the DLA Enterprise, functional customers, and other government stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle, from discovery to design validation and customer adoption.

• Key Responsibilities: Support research strategies to gather insights on user needs and preferences.

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and define user roles and experiences.

• Collaborate with architects and application developers to develop design prototypes.

• Develop and maintain UI/UX standards for the DLA Enterprise.

• Participate in the design lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder needs are met at each stage.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in designing user experiences and interfaces

• 6+ months of experience designing UI/UX for ServiceNow

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD)

• Required: ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
