📋 Description

• The Brand & Marketing Design Lead will manage and develop key brand awareness and demand generation design initiatives for the Wpromote brand, ensuring a high-caliber and cohesive visual identity and compelling b2b assets across all touchpoints.

• This role is responsible for extending and maintaining the Wpromote brand expression, balancing creativity with strategic business goals.

• The Brand & Marketing Design Lead will be a hands-on in-house designer who works on their own projects/deliverables as well as an overseer of outsourced design work, providing creative direction, ensuring quality execution, and managing vendor relationships to bring high-quality creative to life.

• The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $90,000- $115,000.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand and digital graphic design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, digital asset creation, and marketing design.

• Experience providing design direction and managing creative projects with external vendors/agencies.

• Ability to effectively communicate directly with business colleagues (non-designers) about design direction, concepts, feedback, and recommendations.

• A self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of projects and work independently.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.

• A deep understanding of performance-based design principles across digital platforms (landing pages, banner ads, social ads, email, etc.).

• Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and speed, or a strong willingness and capability to adopt AI-driven solutions.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.

• Experience simplifying and showcasing the features and benefits of software products.

• Knowledge of motion design and video editing (After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

• Experience in UX/UI design and an understanding of HTML5 animation.
