• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure designs align with technical constraints.

• Provide detailed design documentation to facilitate smooth implementation.

• Offer recommendations on optimizing performance across different platforms and devices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for AAA games, with a focus on long-term franchises and large, dedicated communities.

• Strong understanding of MMO game design and user experiences, including game launchers, web platforms, and out-of-game experiences.

• Expertise in user research, player testing, and data-driven design decisions.

• Ability to design UI elements and illustrations that are visually compelling and on-brand.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.

• Experience with design systems and an iterative design process.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Nice to have: Experience with UI animation for games or digital experiences.

• Knowledge of current trends in game design and digital experiences.
