• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio

• Proven experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Mastery in design software, including Figma, Unbounce, Adobe Creative Suite

• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills

• Experience as a key member of a product delivery squad

• A track record of using analytics data and user feedback to iterate on designs

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills

• The ability to balance multiple projects and manage priorities

• Extensive experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms

• A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to product direction

• Experience in design system creation and management

• Demonstrable success in leading user testing sessions

• The ability to quickly prototype and iterate on ideas

• A proven track record of collaborating with marketing teams
