Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end user journey, from ideation to execution, as part of a small, agile team of three.

• Collaborate in regular design critique sessions to refine and validate solutions.

• Focus on the product design for Matcha.xyz as product, and/or new product/website verticals offering by either 0x or Matcha.

• Work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects—big and small—consecutively.

• Design intuitive, high-impact web and mobile experiences that elevate the user experience.

• Daily collaboration with Engineering, PMs, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience with a strong track record of shipping successful products.

• Exceptional product thinking—solutions-oriented and capable of working autonomously.

• Proactive ownership, from high-level strategy to the smallest details.

• Low-ego, open-minded, and highly collaborative with strong decision-making skills.

• Mastery of visual design, UX, interaction design, and prototyping, with sharp attention to detail.

• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.

• Deep interest in finance, web3, and crypto—you likely stay up to date with on-chain trends.

• Experience designing for TradFi or Web3 products (preferred).

• Hands-on crypto experience—familiarity with Ethereum addresses, ENS, dApps, and on-chain interactions (preferred).

• User of Matcha and other decentralized exchanges and products (preferred).
