📋 Description
• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools.
• Creates storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning activities.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines provided by stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and use relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instruction or delivery methods.
• Ensures compliance of material designed and/or delivered with applicable laws, policies, rules and regulations of Arthrex and the governmental agencies where Arthrex operates.
• Travel up to 10%
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7 years of instructional design using accepted adult education principles for the design of engaging eLearning content required.
• Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats.
• Advanced multimedia development skills (video, graphics, audio, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic, responsive training and development plans and programs.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers in a variety of situations.
• Experience using authoring applications software (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Lectora, Photoshop, Storyline, etc.)
• Experiencing using audio editing software.
• Experience deploying content via Learning Management Systems (LMS.)
• Portfolio of eLearning samples required during the interview process.
