Senior 3D Artist

📋 Description

• Resident is seeking a Senior 3D Artist to join our in-house creative team, Resident Creative, to support Ashley Furniture.

• In this role, you will report to the VP of Brand & Design and collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Brand Team, and Growth Teams.

• You’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality 3D content, bringing our products to life through expert modeling, texturing and lighting.

• Your work will shape visually stunning, photorealistic environments to showcase our furniture across multiple channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, or related fields.

• Expertise in 3D software & rendering engines (3DS Max and VRay preferred)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in compositing and post-production.

• Background in interior design or home furnishings is highly preferred.

• Experience working within e-commerce is a plus.

• Exceptional artistic sensibility, with a keen eye for light, composition, and realism.

• Adaptability to evolving technology and industry advancements.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.

• Ability to give and receive feedback, refining work to meet high creative standards.

• Highly organized and self-sufficient, capable of managing projects in an autonomous environment.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Experience in 3D animation is a plus, but not required.
