🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Senior Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects across various scales.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Strong project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and best practices in interior design.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
