Product Designer

📋 Description

• Analyze current user journeys and propose enhancements through detailed wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.

• Create practical, intuitive, and visually striking web app designs using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Identify opportunities for new product improvements and enhancements.

• Work closely with other design team members to ensure consistent communication and design coherence across platforms.

• Modify and revise existing designs to align with evolving customer preferences and project requirements.

• In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and customers to transform insights into intuitive and visually compelling designs that enhance user engagement and retention.

• Collaborate with internal teams and conduct user research to establish design requirements for web applications.

• Support design improvements across both web and desktop platforms when needed.

• Partner with product engineers and other stakeholders to suggest product and process improvements.

• Present product design ideas effectively to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Stay current with industry trends and integrate relevant design practices into your work.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven product design experience specializing in web app.

• Experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.

• Strong ability to design with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• An intuitive eye for customer needs and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to produce designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Visual Arts, Creative Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.

• A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating your experience in web app design and understanding of client objectives.
