• Looking for a user obsessed Product Designer to join the Team.

• Collaborate closely with our Product Team to translate user requirements into intuitive, impactful interface designs.

• Key contributor to designing Peppr POS and other restaurant tech products, as well as building the design system that will be foundational to the user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with systematic knowledge of design theory

• 1+ years of experience designing PoS (Point of Sales) UX/UI

• Proficiency in Figma and latest design features

• Occasional travel for User Research

• Professional experience or thorough understanding of the restaurant/catering industry

• Experience utilizing user interviews, desktop research, etc to conduct user research and to perform analysis to deeply understand the needs of the US catering industry and merchants

• Have in-depth research on the operating behavior of mobile and PC users, be able to use design to guide user behavior, have exceptional experience perception capabilities, and continuously optimize product experience

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Ability to verbally communicate in Chinese is a plus!
