📋 Description
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and creative teams to enhance and optimize the user experience across key product touchpoints.
• Assist in designing UI components, interactive elements, and visual assets that are in line with both product goals and brand identity.
• Contribute to the development of innovative features that balance user functionality with creative vision, focusing on user-centric design solutions.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless user experience that is consistent with both design standards and branding guidelines.
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform design decisions and inspire fresh ideas for product development.
• Support the prototyping and testing of new concepts to optimize usability, engagement, and overall user satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• A student or recent graduate in Product Design, UX/UI, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and a passion for how branding influences product design and user experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a critical approach to user flows and interactions.
• A curious and proactive individual who asks insightful questions, isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, and pushes beyond conventional solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn how designs are implemented, including how to annotate designs and work with engineering teams. You’ll be supported in gaining valuable experience with the implementation and technical documentation process.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or an understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
