• We are currently looking for a Lead Senior 3D Modeler with 7-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Your main responsibility will be overseeing the creation of product models and mockups for our company website.
• As the Lead Senior 3D Modeler, you will be tasked with developing highly realistic 3D representations of our product concepts to assist customers in visualizing them effectively.
• Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams to review product specifications, design models, and implement visual effects, including customized branding for customer approval.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3D design artists, design engineers, and animators in brainstorming and crafting new models that align with our company's vision.
• Ensure the production of detailed, realistic digital models upholding high-quality standards, while working in tandem with the art director to meet product design requirements and company standards.
• Utilize advanced software tools like Autodesk Maya, Houdini, and Photoshop to refine 3D models, providing valuable guidance and feedback based on input from key stakeholders.
• Foster clear communication across teams to maintain a seamless workflow, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate the latest innovations in modeling and visualization, ensuring our work remains at the forefront of creativity and technology.
• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 3D modeling skills.
• Proficiency in software such as 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, and Blender is essential.
• Experience in 3D printing, scanning, and reverse engineering techniques is a definite advantage.
• Possess a solid grasp of digital sculpting tools and real-time data visualization, with exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial, supported by a proven track record of successful team collaboration.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Software, 3D Art and Animation, 3D Character Design).
• Proficiency in programs like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for layout designs and technical drawings is preferred.
• Previous experience managing 3D content creation projects, including prototyping, tooling, and ground-up modeling, will be beneficial.
