Junior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Tonic is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join our Design Team.

• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively to design features and improvements.

• Be a contributor to the team and grow as a designer.

• Work in partnership with the Head of Design and internal partners to develop and execute on Tonic’s product roadmap.

• Implement a user-focused approach to product development.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, feature mockups, and visual prototypes.

• Improve designer experience by providing input and feedback on design processes.

• Design clear and complete solutions to business challenges.

• Iterate efficiently on designs based on feedback, research, and data.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience designing features/products

• A portfolio of product design work with at least one case study

• Proficient knowledge working in Figma

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in 1-on-1 or group scenarios

• An basic understanding of key UI/UX principles, processes, methodologies

• Attention to detail and craft in designs

• Interest in development for enterprise applications
