• We're seeking a versatile Design Lead, Brand to support a range of brand-focused initiatives including campaign development, product launches, brand standards, art direction, visual systems, partnerships, and more.

• Oura’s Marketing Creative team manages our consumer marketing efforts globally, focusing on creating and delivering high-visibility, high-quality content across all media and channels.

• Our goal is to drive creative strategy and craft engaging and inspiring marketing experiences for both new and existing customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of agency or in-house design experience

• Excellent eye for detail, design, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals

• A proven understanding of brand design, web design, social media content, film, presentation, and experiential design

• Expert knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Google Slides, Keynote, and generative AI applications

• Flexible and open to shifting roles, responsibilities, and priorities

• Able to take initiative and self-motivated, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and act without always waiting for direction

• Takes responsibility for work and outcomes, and is accountable for both successes and failures in a high-growth environment

• Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and projects

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, comfortable working closely with others to achieve company goals and vision
