Role Description:

• We are seeking a versatile and creative designer who excels in illustration, web design, and marketing collateral. This role involves:
  • Developing and enhancing the visual identity of The 7 Hats, ensuring it resonates with entrepreneurs seeking holistic growth.
  • Collaborating with the Promomash team to produce engaging designs that align with our brand's sophisticated and user-friendly ethos.
  • Designing newsletters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials that captivate and inform our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original illustrations that embody the essence of both brands.
• Design and maintain website layouts, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends to keep our designs fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in illustration, web design, and marketing design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across different design mediums.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Ability to understand and translate brand identities into compelling visuals.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
