🎨 Design & Illustrate: Create captivating book covers and illustrations based on author and production manager guidelines.

🤝 Collaborate with Authors: Work closely with authors and production managers to ensure that your designs align seamlessly with their creative vision.

✨ Maintain High-Quality Standards: Ensure that every piece meets Spines.com’s professional publishing standards.

⚡ Adapt to Various Genres: Tailor your artistic style to suit diverse projects across different literary genres.

Requirements

• Design & Illustrate: Create captivating book covers and illustrations based on author and production manager guidelines.
• Collaborate with Authors: Work closely with authors and production managers to ensure that your designs align seamlessly with their creative vision.
• Maintain High-Quality Standards: Ensure that every piece meets Spines.com’s professional publishing standards.

Must-Haves:

• Proficiency in English – Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven Experience in Illustration & Book Cover Design – A compelling portfolio showcasing your past work.
• Collaboration Skills – Ability to work directly with authors and team members to bring visions to life.
• Creativity & Adaptability – A diverse artistic range, capable of adjusting styles based on project needs.
• Positive Attitude & Drive – A passion for continuous learning and improving your craft.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with publishing industry standards for cover design.
• Experience in digital illustration tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.).
