Junior Designer/Illustrator

We are looking for:

We are seeking a Junior illustrator/Designer to join our team. As a Junior Illustrator, you’ll work closely with our UX designers, product, engineering, and marketing teams to help create content. Please note this is a 6-month contract.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build alternative illustrations for project art for A/B Testing purposes.
• Take concept plans and create updated illustrations based on direction.
• Build concept art from scratch as needed.
• Iterate on existing ideas to provide multiple creative options to stakeholders.
• Work within predetermined art styles to fit into the existing look and feel of projects.
• Present and provide rationale for art choices to producers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Incorporate artistic feedback from various points of view.
• Work within provided timelines.
• Deliver final files in proper aspect ratios and specifications.
• Adhere to our specific brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional experience working in Figma
• 3+ years of professional illustration and design experience.
• Portfolio of illustration work in a variety of contexts
• Experience following illustration guidelines
• Experience illustrating for marketing campaigns a plus
• Experience working in a collaborative and iterative team
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of delivery specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google workplace (sheets, docs, decks, etc).

Compensation & Benefits:

This full time temporary role offers a salary range of $80,000 - 100,000, depending on experience level.
