Senior Game Designer

📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Game designer to join our creative team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Game Designer, including monetization and game analytics

• Understanding of video game industry, mobile game market, monetization strategies and solutions over it

• Experience in player behavior prediction and construction gameplay systems

• Ability to drive insights due to product needs, and user feedback

• Strong math skills to calculate the economics of games

• Deeply understanding product features and analytic reports, convert it into use cases and marketing materials

• Successful history in improving audience engagement, retention and monetization metrics

• Experience in financial model building with specific focus on gaming product development (advantage)

• Actual experience creating games from scratch to release (to post-production) with high metrics (advantage)
