• Collaborate with Animators, Storyboard Artists, Technical Artists, and Programmers to produce animations for upcoming projects.
• Assist in creating high-quality in-game animations and cinematics.
• Utilize storyboards as a reference when available.
• Create visually appealing poses that embody character traits.
• Present work for feedback and incorporate suggestions from team members.
• Adhere to project timelines and milestones while maintaining a consistent style.
• Enhance animation workflows to improve efficiency.
• Create diverse and engaging animations for characters and creatures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using Autodesk Maya.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Unreal Engine 5, including proficiency in Blueprints, State machines, and Level Sequences.
• Ability to animate in various styles and disciplines, such as cinematics, realistic and cartoony performance-based animations, gameplay animations, and prop animations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes during production.
• Strong understanding of body mechanics in animation.
• Experience working with reference materials for animations.
• Proficiency in animation principles and animating both bipedal and quadrupedal characters and creatures.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with peers, mentor junior animators, and work with other disciplines.
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
• Consistently meets deadlines during project sprints.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively.
• Collaborate with Tech Animation on providing rig feedback and with Team Lead to support team growth.
