We are looking for a talented Senior Designer, who is able to create scalable and consistent design systems in Figma.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain design systems in Figma for internal and client projects
- Create reusable components such as buttons, inputs, grids, and cards, ensuring scalability and consistency
- Define color palettes, typography styles, and interaction states with clear documentation
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Stay updated with design system trends and incorporate best practices into workflows
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Figma, including components, libraries, and prototyping
- Experience creating and documenting scalable design systems
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to explain design decisions
- Portfolio showcasing design systems or related UX/UI work.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Storybook or Zeplin for handoff to developers
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with the development team
